Applications: sausages, ham, whole muscle meat, netted meat and poultry, vegan sausages and vegan ham. The unique, high-speed servo-driven lock ensures excellent meat compression. Tough products such as beef adapt to the horn thanks to the locking system.

The benefits of compression include a uniform shape and diameter as well as increased slicing efficiency.
