The color of the product after PARODIM treatment is extremely stable, it is not washed off by water or steam. The steam mixture is harmless, as it does not contain carcinogenic benzo(a)pyrene. Reduced weight losses during steam smoking make this method more cost-effective than traditional methods, as the payback period for such equipment is much shorter. This advantage has been researched and scientifically proven by independent institutes. Steam smoking is very fast, so up to three AUTOTHERM chambers can be connected to one smoke generator, which also reduces investment costs. A microprocessor regulates the steam supply to all three chambers automatically. An air purification device (condenser) is also included in the standard scope of delivery.

The principle of operation of the steam smoke generator:
The steam mixture is produced by superheated steam that is passed through sawdust. The steam absorbs all the ingredients from the sawdust to form the color and flavor of the smoke, then the resulting smoke is fed into the chamber.
