The REX DHG Rotating Shell Holder is designed for twisting natural, collagen and artificial casings and guarantees precise positioning during twisting and high productivity. The REX DHG rotating holder can be mounted on REX vacuum fillers of the 300, 400, 700 and 900 model range. The holder is connected directly to the syringe and is controlled by a servo drive of the twist barrel mounted on the syringe. REX DHG optional equipment can include a table for laying out the twisted product, alternatively, the product can be transferred to the RKS 85 calibration system. The 320 and 400 versions of the DHG sheath holder differ in the type of compatible kinker bars, which in turn are selected based on the type of sheath (corrugation, calibration, roll length when using artificial sheath). The REX DHG 400 can be equipped with an optional pneumatic advance and stop device when the end of the casing is reached, which increases productivity. The optional splash guard is designed for additional operator convenience and to guarantee safe operation, which is especially important when producing natural casing products.
