The RAPID 5000 metal separator is used to inspect bulk materials in free-falling conveyor tubes. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, …) – even if such contaminants are inside the product. The metal contaminants are rejected by means of a separation block (Quick Flap). The RAPID 5000 metal separator is primarily used in industries with very high hygiene requirements.
