The RAPID 4000 metal separator is used to analyze bulk products in free-fall conveyor tubes. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) – even if they are inside the product. The metal contaminants are rejected using the Quick Flap rejecting device. The RAPID 4000 metal separator is mainly used in industries with low hygiene requirements.
