Deboning and slicing of organs

During the further processing of the carcass, safety and hygiene are of paramount importance. That is why our comprehensive program includes: paw clippers, slaughter conveyors, cutting saws, hygienic cutting platforms, rectal cutters, pneumatic working platforms and much more. We have also not forgotten about laboratory equipment for checking trichinella on the slaughter conveyor.

Hair removal

We support the cleaning process and the entire pig hair removal process with a variety of state-of-the-art technologies. The dehairing and plucking machines (also for suckling piglets) are equipped with furnaces running on natural or liquefied petroleum gas. Our product range also includes drying slaughterhouses and pig polishing machines based on the latest technological standards.

Recycling

We also have the appropriate equipment for further processing: organ transport conveyors, stomach cleaning machines, intestinal cleaning machines and vacuum extractors, to name but a few.

Transportation

Ensuring proper animal care and high quality meat requires stress-free processes before the pigs are slaughtered. Our supply program includes lairages and pens that meet animal welfare requirements.

Stunning

The technology of our plants ensures effective stunning. Electric stunning and CO2 stunning are some of the systems used. A variety of stunning devices for the meat industry complete our range.

Removing blood

Vertical or horizontal exsanguination - depending on the system chosen, we offer you everything you need to guarantee a smooth process: hemostatic channels, blood conveyors, blood pumps, blood collection systems and much more. We have also developed solutions such as brushing machines for further cleaning of pigs.

Scalding

We offer horizontal and vertical scalding systems, with the option of using both methods in the downstream scalding process. We also offer scalding machines for dairy piglets.

Skinning

We also offer a variety of solutions for the skinning process - from skinning knives to complete skinning machines.
