Depending on the type of bone, the mechanical deboning press can produce up to 30% of high-quality raw meat. Easy-to-use control panel with touchscreen display ISC-E40: – IP 65 – storage of 99 freely programmable recipes – manual operation mode and automatic program execution mode. The bones are fed from the filling chamber into the pressing chamber, where they are compressed. Then, using a linear hydraulic system, the meat residue is separated from the bones and pressed through a perforated filter with a hole diameter of 2 mm.
