The machine is designed for washing and drying aluminium and stainless steel trays used in the bakery industry. The modular structure of this machine ensures the achieving of a high capacity, up to 1000 trays washed per hour. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material No. 1.4301 / AISI 304. The machine complies with CE requirements and EU and USDA regulations.
