The processing of small pieces of meat often requires intensive massaging to ensure optimal and uniform brine absorption by the product. Inject Star’s intensive massage units fulfill this requirement and are the ideal solution for massaging small cuts of ham. Thanks to the special massage blades as well as the unique spiral screw on the bottom of the container, the products are continuously moved during the production process. Due to the opposite directions of movement of the blades and the screw, the brine is perfectly rubbed into the product and completely absorbed. The result is not only particularly intense protein activation, but also a high water-binding capacity and optimal cohesion of raw foods. Hygienic design – Thanks to the large lid opening on the front, the IM Series massage container from Inject Star can be opened completely. This allows free access to the entire interior, which can be easily cleaned. Even the special massage paddles as well as the spiral screw can be pulled out with little effort for cleaning. The result is not only compliance with the highest hygiene standards, but also production with almost no residue. Massage paddles: The special massage paddles, which ensure optimal distribution of the food in the container, achieve a particularly intense massage effect. This results in enormous time savings of up to 80 percent during the production process compared to other traditional massaging machines.
