If you need to combine performance and precision, the PUMA is used for slicing, with a capacity of 400 slices per minute. This applies, for example, to cutlets, steaks, schnitzel, pork brisket or meat pate in fresh, chilled or frozen form (down to -4 °C). Since the knife is directly connected to the motor, the motor’s power can be utilized to almost 100% when slicing.
