The individual designs of AUTOTHERM fish smoking plants take into account all the specifics of the processing process, the planned batch size and the production conditions of each individual plant. Different fan designs and optional speed control ensure a uniform and fast drying process. A variety of technical solutions, for example, when choosing the type of smoke generator, guarantees high quality product processing. The AUTOTHERM horizontal airflow fish smokehouse is a special version for products with horizontal loading of the frames. The maximum utilization of the capacity of the frames is combined with an optimal flow of the processing process. The air alternately passes through the frames with the product on one side and the other. The air direction is controlled by an electronic valve. This design allows for uniform drying and smoking on all levels of the frame. Depending on the type of equipment, the air can be drawn in by fans built into the roof of the chamber or preheated in a central unit. The direction of the air flow (horizontal and vertical) can also be selected. The AUTOTHERM fish smoking units with air directional control are designed to integrate a valve system that is responsible for changing the direction of the air flow. Thanks to this system, frames can be processed with both vertical and horizontal airflow (up to 12 levels).
