The EXTRACTOR-SE magnetic system is equipped with three neodymium magnetic rods that are arranged in a triangular matrix to ensure the best possible contact between the product and the magnet.The exceptional ease of maintenance and cleaning is another positive feature of this magnetic separator.The low mounting height (165 mm) and customer-specific connection sizes facilitate retrofitting.The magnetic separator has a very robust design and is capable of withstanding static loads of up to 500 kg (shear loads of up to 50 kg).Thanks to its special design, the EXTRACTOR-SE prevents the deposition of plastic granulate (which is important in case of color or material changes).With the help of adaptation plates, the EXTRACTOR-SE magnetic system can be easily integrated into all kinds of systems.The interchangeable adapter ring allows it to be installed on all inlets up to 120 mm in diameter without changing the design of the EXTRACTOR-SE.
