Product characteristics

The filling process is carried out using a REX vacuum syringe. The product is gently fed by a paddle conveyor and residual air is removed from the product as much as possible. This is the basis for the product quality of your sausages. In the version without casing magazine, the casing is loaded manually into the spout. Especially for the use of natural casings, but also for all artificial and collagen casings, the casing is stretched over the spout. Changing the sprue is done simply by switching on the special mode on the AKS 65. This ensures the shortest possible barrel change times for maximum productivity with the 3-position turret and minimizes downtime. The offset system determines the portion length.nA continuously operating vacuum syringe fills the product into the shell. The offset system determines the exact connection point and, in combination with the highly dynamic REX servo drive, ensures even lengths and maximum productivity. Portion rates of more than 2500 pieces per minute for artificial and collagen casings and up to 1000 pieces per minute for natural casings are available, depending on the respective product length. Two calibration belts with a filling system complete the concept. They can be easily adjusted to the caliber range by turning two adjusting screws. This always ensures flexible use of all types of shells with different diameters. In addition, setup time is reduced to a minimum. The travel and speed of the belt are automatically adjusted on the vacuum bar. The AKS 65 hangs the sausages directly onto the RHS 330 hooks. Regardless of the product contour, whether curved or straight, the AKS gauge belts transfer the twist point exactly to the hook. The number of products per loop on the hook, or product groups, is defined and stored in the product program of the vacuum syringe. The narrow spacing of the hooks guarantees maximum load capacity on the smoking skewer and thus also on the smoking and sausage system.The RHS 330, like the AKS 65, can be perfectly adapted to the operating personnel by an optional working height extension.
