The DLS tunnel detector is used to analyze fine and bulk materials on conveyor belts or in chutes. It is primarily used for tall materials. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) – even if they are inside the product. When metal is detected, an alarm device and separation system can be activated or a signal sent to the process control system.
