The forming machine is synchronized with REX vacuum syringes via a simple mechanical and electronic connection. The syringe is used to feed a predefined portion of minced meat into the mold, which is displaced horizontally by the pneumatic cylinder after filling and then ejected. Changing the forming templates for different product sizes is easy without the use of special tools, which guarantees a quick change of assortment.nThe cutlet and burger forming machine is mounted with the FB 100 belt conveyor, so that after forming the cutlets immediately fall on the conveyor, from which they are removed manually. Optionally, the cutlet and burger forming machine can be equipped with a water sprayer for processing sticky minced meat, which ensures uninterrupted operation. Forming templates for various product sizes: diameter 60 – 130 mm, height 8 – 25 mm.
