The moistened fine sawdust is automatically ignited and then the decay process is maintained and regulated by a gentle blowing, just like in the old days. A sawdust agitator system ensures that the sawdust is moved. By adjusting the stirring intervals, you can change the intensity of the smoke supply to the chamber. The mild and natural aroma of smoke from smoldering sawdust is ideal for making raw smoked sausages and delicacies.
